Obligation to pay insurance contributions for the caregiver

A person who employs a full-time caregiver must register as an employer at his or her local National Insurance Institute branch within two weeks of the day they began employing the caregiver. In addition, the employer must report regularly on the caregiver's work and pay insurance contributions for the caregiver.
